"Robert Hall... has been working out with me and pushing me pretty hard... I'm feeling really strong... actually I feel stronger now after these longer races than I did after the short Busch races last year."

Over the past three years, I have developed, researched and implemented a strength training program designed specifically for performance race car drivers that includes motivation, weight training, cardio endurance, diet, hydration and nutrition.  My program focuses on preparing a racecar driver to perform and maintain his/her best physical and mental level of performance and help take him/ her to a higher level of competition.  My passion for racing has motivated me to design a unique program for racecar drivers.

I am available by appointment and 24/7 by phone and/or email.  All of my clients may call on me anytime for support.  I work for YOU.
